USER AGREEMENT

ELIGIBILITY

You may only use Infinity Streets if you meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your country or region.

If you are a minor under applicable law, you may only use the Services with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to users who do not meet applicable eligibility requirements.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that:

• you have read and understood this User Agreement;
• you agree to comply with this Agreement;
• you will comply with applicable laws;
• information provided by you is accurate where required; and
• you accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

This Agreement applies to all users, players, visitors, and other persons accessing Infinity Streets.

YOUR INFINITY STREETS ACCOUNT

LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICES

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Infinity Streets grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not give you ownership of:

• Infinity Streets;
• game content;
• software;
• virtual currency;
• virtual items;
• accounts;
• intellectual property; or
• any other Infinity Streets assets.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services where reasonably necessary.

RULES OF CONDUCT

When using Infinity Streets, you must behave responsibly and respectfully.

You must not:

• cheat or exploit bugs;
• use hacks, scripts, bots, modified clients, or unauthorized software;
• attempt to gain unfair advantages;
• impersonate Infinity Streets staff or another user;
• harass, threaten, or intentionally abuse other users;
• engage in scams or fraud;
• distribute malicious software;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, systems, or databases;
• interfere with the operation of the Services;
• violate applicable laws;
• use the Services for unlawful purposes; or
• encourage others to violate these rules.

Infinity Streets may investigate suspected violations and take enforcement action.

CHEATING, EXPLOITS, AND UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS

You must not use or distribute:

• cheats;
• hacks;
• exploits;
• bots;
• scripts;
• automation tools;
• modified game clients;
• unauthorized modifications; or
• other tools designed to interfere with normal gameplay.

You must not intentionally exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantages.

If you discover a bug or security issue, you should report it to Infinity Streets instead of exploiting or publicly abusing it.

Violations may result in restrictions, suspension, termination, or other appropriate enforcement action.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may be able to create, submit, upload, share, or communicate content through Infinity Streets.

This may include:

• usernames;
• text;
• messages;
• screenshots;
• videos;
• images;
• audio; and
• other user-generated content.

You remain responsible for content that you submit or share.

You must not submit content that:

• violates applicable law;
• infringes intellectual property rights;
• contains malicious software;
• is fraudulent or deceptive;
• violates another person's privacy; or
• violates applicable Infinity Streets rules or policies.

By submitting content through the Services, you grant Infinity Streets a limited right to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, moderate, and provide the Services.

CHAT AND VOICE COMMUNICATION

Infinity Streets may provide text chat, private messaging, and voice communication features.

Users must use communication features responsibly.

You must not use these features to:

• threaten others;
• harass or abuse users;
• scam or defraud users;
• impersonate others;
• distribute malicious links or files;
• intentionally disrupt the community; or
• violate applicable laws or Infinity Streets rules.

Users are responsible for their communications.

Infinity Streets may investigate communications where reasonably necessary for moderation, security, player reports, enforcement, or legal compliance.

Users should understand that other users may screenshot, record, copy, or report communications shared through the Services.

VIRTUAL CURRENCY, ITEMS, AND REWARDS

Infinity Streets may provide virtual currency, premium currency, virtual items, rewards, cosmetics, or other digital content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these items are licensed to you and are not your personal property.

Virtual items and currency:

• have no real-world monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged for real currency unless expressly authorized;
• may not be sold or transferred without authorization; and
• may be modified, removed, or discontinued where necessary.

Infinity Streets reserves the right to correct errors involving virtual currency, transactions, items, or rewards.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Where purchases are available, additional terms may apply.

You agree that:

• purchases may be processed through authorized payment providers;
• you must provide accurate payment information where required;
• unauthorized payment activity may result in account restrictions;
• fraudulent transactions may result in enforcement action; and
• refunds are subject to applicable law and the relevant payment platform's policies.

Infinity Streets does not guarantee that all virtual items or digital content will remain available permanently.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Infinity Streets and its associated content, including but not limited to:

• logos;
• names;
• artwork;
• graphics;
• software;
• game systems;
• designs;
• characters;
• text;
• audio;
• visual content; and
• other intellectual property,

are owned by or licensed to Infinity Streets and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or otherwise use Infinity Streets intellectual property without authorization.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership of Infinity Streets intellectual property.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Infinity Streets may integrate with or link to third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Infinity Streets is not responsible for:

• third-party content;
• third-party services;
• third-party privacy practices;
• transactions conducted with third parties; or
• losses arising from third-party services,

except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

ENFORCEMENT, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

Infinity Streets may investigate suspected violations of this Agreement.

Where appropriate, we may take actions including:

• verbal warnings;
• written warnings;
• temporary restrictions;
• removal of content;
• removal of virtual items or rewards;
• temporary suspension;
• permanent suspension;
• account termination; or
• other reasonable enforcement actions.

The severity of action may depend on:

• the seriousness of the violation;
• previous violations;
• harm caused to other users or the Services;
• attempts to evade enforcement; and
• other relevant circumstances.

Infinity Streets may take immediate action where reasonably necessary to protect users, security, or the integrity of the Services.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

Infinity Streets is an evolving game and Service.

We may:

• update the game;
• add or remove features;
• modify gameplay systems;
• perform maintenance;
• reset or modify certain game content where necessary;
• temporarily suspend Services; or
• permanently discontinue parts of the Services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may perform maintenance or emergency actions without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Infinity Streets does not guarantee that:

• the Services will always be available;
• the Services will be completely error-free;
• gameplay will always be uninterrupted; or
• all content will remain permanently available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Streets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

PRIVACY

Your use of Infinity Streets is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Infinity Streets may collect, use, store, protect, and process personal information.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

CHANGES TO THIS USER AGREEMENT

Infinity Streets may update this User Agreement from time to time.

Changes may be made because of:

• changes to the Services;
• new features;
• security requirements;
• operational changes;
• legal requirements; or
• other reasonable business needs.

Updated versions may be published through Infinity Streets' official platforms.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Agreement where permitted by applicable law.

GOVERNING PRINCIPLES

This User Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Failure by Infinity Streets to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
