Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Infinity Streets, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the game and its services. Continued use of the game constitutes full acceptance of all rules, policies, and future updates.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Game” refers to Infinity Streets, including all servers, systems, and services provided within it. “User” or “Player” refers to any individual accessing or using the game. “Account” refers to the registered profile used to access the game. “Services” include all gameplay features, updates, systems, and related functionalities offered within Infinity Streets.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years of age to access or play Infinity Streets. By using the game, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activity is authorized or not.

Account Responsibility and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited. Infinity Streets will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence. The game reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be compromised or involved in suspicious activity.

Code of Conduct and Gameplay Rules

All players are expected to maintain respectful behavior within the game environment. Harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, or any form of toxic conduct is strictly prohibited. Players must not engage in cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party tools that provide unfair advantages. Any bugs or vulnerabilities discovered must be reported immediately, and exploiting them will result in strict action.

In addition, players must follow proper roleplay standards. Infinity Streets is designed as a structured roleplay environment, and all players are required to maintain realism, avoid disruptive behavior such as random actions or trolling, and adhere to in-game systems and laws. Failure to comply with these standards may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the violation.

Virtual Assets and Ownership

All virtual items, in-game currency, properties, vehicles, and any other digital assets within Infinity Streets remain the sole property of the game. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use these assets within the game environment. The game reserves the right to modify, remove, reset, or rebalance any virtual asset at any time without prior notice.

Purchases and Donations

Any purchases or donations made within Infinity Streets are voluntary and strictly non-refundable. Benefits associated with such purchases may be modified, adjusted, or removed at any time as part of game balancing or updates. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate and permanent account termination without exception.

Data Collection and Privacy

Infinity Streets may collect basic user data, including account information, gameplay activity, and device-related data, for the purpose of improving game performance, ensuring security, and preventing cheating or abuse. While reasonable efforts are made to protect user data, no system can guarantee complete security, and users accept this risk by continuing to use the game.

Updates and Modifications

Infinity Streets reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any part of the game, including features, rules, systems, and economic structures, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

Server Availability

The game is provided on an “as is” basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Servers may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Infinity Streets is not liable for any inconvenience, loss of progress, or damages resulting from such interruptions.

Suspension and Termination

Infinity Streets reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates the rules, engages in suspicious behavior, or negatively impacts the game environment or community. In severe cases, such action may be taken without prior warning, and all decisions made by the game administration shall be considered final.

Limitation of Liability

Infinity Streets shall not be held responsible for any loss of data, account access, in-game assets, or any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the game. Users agree to use the game entirely at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content within Infinity Streets, including but not limited to systems, designs, UI elements, branding, and assets, is the exclusive property of the game. Unauthorized copying, extraction, distribution, or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Infinity Streets must first be addressed through official support channels. The final decision in all disputes rests with the game administration, and such decisions shall be binding.

Changes to Agreement

This User Agreement may be updated at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the game after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Agreement.
